Optimus Consulting Group provided core architecture
and application development expertise for their Internet
offerings like Bill Presentment and Payment, which allowed
their customers to display and pay bills via the web.
Optimus Consulting Group was responsible for the needs
analysis and the architectural design of a Process Driven
Component-Based Workflow Service for the Enterprise
Architecture Integration Framework. Optimus Consulting
Group customized full lifecycle methodologies for several
projects including: the automation of Telecommunication
Services (Over 500 Million Annual Budget) and Consolidation
Online Banking of two of North America's largest banks.
